(a) The policy below (“Privacy Policy”) covers how GOATD Pty Ltd (Australian Company Number 649 187 173) (“GOATD”) handles personal information about individuals (“you”, “your”) in relation to GOATD's online community that offers access to exclusive athlete content.
(b) By providing personal information to GOATD, you consent to GOATD handling that personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and any other arrangements that apply between you and GOATD.
2. The GOATD community
(a) GOATD operates its online community within the domain name goatdverse.com and via other channels that GOATD may nominate from time to time, such as native mobile device apps (collectively “Website”).
(b) You can obtain membership to GOATD's online community (“Membership”) in accordance with the Membership Terms.
3. When personal information is collected
(a) Where lawful and practicable, you have the choice to not identify yourself when interacting with GOATD.
(b) However, if you don't want to provide your personal information this may limit GOATD's ability to provide goods and services to you, including for the purposes of Membership. It may be necessary for GOATD to collect your personal information so that GOATD can provide any goods and services you request.
(c) GOATD may collect personal information when you do any of the following things
(i) apply for Membership;
(ii) access and use the Website;
(iii) interact with GOATD's content and advertising;
(iv) subscribe to GOATD's mailing lists or other direct marketing communications;
(v) enter any competitions or giveaways organised by GOATD;
(vi) complete any surveys or questionnaires provided by GOATD;
(vii) contact GOATD via the Website or otherwise communicate with GOATD through correspondence, telephone, email or any other electronic messaging system (including social media channels).

(a) GOATD may collect the following types of personal information:

(ix) any additional information relating to you that you provide to GOATD directly via the Website and indirectly through your use of the Website or online presence or through other websites or accounts from which you permit GOATD to collect information;
(x) information you provide to GOATD through customer surveys; and
(xi) any other personal information that may be required in order to facilitate your dealings with us, including for the purposes of you obtaining and retaining Membership.
(b) GOATD may also collect anonymised aggregated usage information in relation to the Website. This may include information that identifies your device, your operating system and your IP address. Any such usage information that can be used to identify you in any way will be handled as personal information.
5. How personal information is held, used and disclosed
(a) GOATD may hold, use and disclose your personal information for the following purposes:
(i) to enable you to access and use the Website;
(ii) to operate, protect, improve and optimise the Website (including the GOATD online community);
(iii) to send you support, service and admin messages, reminders, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and information requested by you;
(iv) to send you marketing and promotional messages, including information sent by, or on behalf of, GOATD's business partners that GOATD think you may find interesting;
(v) to administer rewards, surveys, competitions, or other promotional activities or events sponsored or managed by GOATD or GOATD's partners;
(vi) to comply with GOATD's legal obligations or resolve any disputes.

Such third parties may use that information in order to enable them and GOATD to develop anonymised consumer insights so that GOATD can better personalise your experience and enhance the products and services that you receive.

(viii) anyone to whom GOATD's assets or businesses (or any part of them) are transferred;

However, withdrawing consent may affect your ability to access and use the Website (including Membership) and may prevent GOATD from supplying you goods and services.
7. Disclosure outside Australia
(a) When you provide your personal information to GOATD, you consent to the disclosure of your information outside of Australia.
(b) In the course of providing goods and services to you in relation to the Website, GOATD may disclose personal information to service providers (including Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform and Mailchimp) in countries outside Australia that are deemed by the EU Commission as having an 'adequate' level of personal data protection. GOATD recognises your right under the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and the GDPR to opt out from direct marketing, and as such these consents can be modified at any time by emailing GOATD using the contact details at the end of this Privacy Policy, or by clicking the unsubscribe link within direct marketing communications.
(b) Certain non-marketing related correspondence from GOATD, including messages relating to payment, will be automatically sent to you by virtue of your use of the Website and Membership and you may not have the option to unsubscribe from receiving this correspondence.

(a) While GOATD doesn't use browsing information to identify you personally, GOATD may collect anonymised usage information by utilising cookies, pixel tags and other tracking technologies (collectively “Cookies”). (a) GOATD may hold your personal information in either electronic or hardcopy form. GOATD takes reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference and loss, as well as unauthorised access and modification or disclosure.
(b) However, no security measures are 100% secure so GOATD cannot guarantee the security of your personal information. To the extent permitted by law, GOATD accepts no liability for any breach of security, or direct hacking of GOATD's security measures, or any unintentional disclosure, loss or misuse of any information or data, or for the actions of any third parties that may obtain any information or data.
(c) GOATD acknowledges its obligation to report any data breach that is likely to risk the rights and freedoms of individuals to the Australian Information Commissioner and, where GOATD's data breach involves the information of EU subjects, report to the European Data Protection Supervisor. GOATD will also inform you, where possible, if your personal information has been breached in the circumstance where it poses a risk of serious harm of your rights and freedoms.
